    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Effectively utilize campaign management strategies ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget including daily checks for performance against ROI targets.
    Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms.
    Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
    Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
    Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
    Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
    Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
    Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
    Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
    Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
    Reporting - creating reports to be sent out to clients.
    Becoming familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these.
    Taking all Google AdWords Professional exams marketing.

    DESIRED PROFILE
    The incumbent must possess strong analytical, organizational, strategic, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, budgets and statistical inference
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
    Demonstrate a record of quantitative/analytical rigor, creative problem solving, technical challenges, and strategic execution
    Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents and ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects whilst working alone or as part of a team.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent computer application skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    A passion for online marketing and an inquiring mind.

    Greetings of the day!

    Currently we have an open position with our organization for "Manager Affiliate Marketing" at our corporate office which is based in Gurgaon location.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Regular interaction with business partners based in US, Europe and Japan
    * Sending Regular emails to affiliates about new launches and updating them about seasonal
    discount offers.
    * Making strategies for growing online as well retails sales through affiliate.
    * Approving and hiring new affiliates from different sources. Providing all types of marketing
    materials to affiliates so that they can sell our products without any difficulty.
    * Developing new partners and negotiating with them about the terms of business for mutual
    benefit.
    * Looking for OEM Deals by tying up with different manufactures.
    * Maintaining sales and royalties reports of all business partners.
    * Regular follow ups are required if there are some discrepancies.
    * Tracking daily, weekly and Monthly sales of major online networks with work with.
    * Preparing Quarterly Sales and Analysis Report.
    * Interaction with R&D and IT department for fulfilling different needs of existing partners.
    Arranging for customized products and their activation keys. Checking and monitoring if all the
    requirements of partners are fulfilled so that products can be sold successfully in their region.
    * Keeping all the products updated on all existing networks we have tie up with. Replenishing activation keys whenever required.

    Candidate's Profile:
    Graduate with strong analytical skill.( MB A will be preferred)
    * Good knowledge for MS office ( especially Excel )
    * Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. Regular Phone calls with US and Europe based clients will be required.

    Educational Qualification: Graduation + MBA
