Team: Digital Analytics


Brief Job Description: 
Experienced in Digital analytics : 
o Strong experience and advanced knowledge of Google analytics and should be GAQI certified. Knowledge of Adobe Omniture and other Adobe web analytics tools is an advantage but not essential
o Strong knowledge of Campaign analytics using Google analytics platform including email and digital banner ads
o Would be required to work with reporting of data from multiple channels such as web analytics tools such as Omniture/Google Analytics, email marketing, customer data and survey data
o Required to develop multi channel marketing reporting and analytics by integrating and consolidating data from a variety of sources
o Experienced in creation of interactive dash boards using Report Builder/Google Analytics
o Prepare regular reports communicating success metrics and present results, findings and recommendations to client teams
o Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques for digital analytics Attribution modeling, Predictive analytics a plus
o Strong knowledge of Excel. Advanced Excel a plus
o Excellent project management skills 
o Excellent writing and presentation skills
o Creation of power point report and insight generation
o Understands timelines and aims at delivering on time
o Ensure that outputs confirm to standard quality norms and meet client requirement
* Project management
o Manage projects across all stages from conceptualization to feedback
o Ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner and deadlines are always met
* Domain knowledge 

o Should have worked with leading companies in the area of web analytics
o Knowledge/experience of pharmaceutical and healthcare industries an advantage 
o Experience with brand analytics/research services (Vizu, ComScore, Nielsen DynamicLogic) also an advantage

Educational Qualification: 

*Post Graduate (Statistics/Economics/Operations Research , MBA), Mtech,, Btech 

Work Experience (No. of years): 
*Total experience: 3- 6+ years in digital analytics 
*Experience in client management 
*Candidates having prior exposure to understanding of pharmaceutical digital analytics is desirable but not essential 
Experience of advanced analytics using digital data is an advantage

*Good communication skills (verbal and written)
