Summary of the job
The Marketing and Corporate Communications team at Home Credit India's Gurgaon headquarter is looking for someone to manage the "face" of the company in the social and digital space. From developing an overall social media strategy execution, growing a vibrant online presence and community as well as online reputation management, we need someone who has spunk and is not afraid to try the new and think out of the box!
Key responsibilities:
Manage the online presence of the company including social media, SEO and digital campaigns
*Managing the social media marketing strategy focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and other relevant platforms for our business.
*Execution of social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach)
*Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target audiences to key sites and generate leads or other business-related objectives.
*Creating and managing a blog post platform for internal and external communications
*Strategizing and executing social media campaigns across all online media and key channels
*Managing social media marketing and campaigns on various platforms mainly on Facebook,Twitter, Youtube and Blogs
*Engaging with our social media community in Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, Blogs etc.
*Hands on experience of Social Media Monitoring Tools like Google analytics etc.
Desired Profile:
*4 to 6 years' experience in social and digital media management
*The ability to translate a business objective to an engaging property in the digital/ social space
*Ability to track and manage online reputation
*Knowledge of SEM and SEO
*Enthusiasm and drive to "make things happen" in an innovative and engaging way
