Powerjobs is hiring for People Manager role for Global Digital Marketing Firm.

 JOB ROLE- The specialist will be responsible for all production deliverables meet or exceed the client’s standards for quality, cost efficiency and timeliness.

LOCATION- Gurgaon (people open to relocate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA-

• Manage budgets and time constraints at all operational stages. Resource estimation.

• Can individually handle business process for the team ensuring high profit margins and low operating costs.

• Manage business P&L.

• Manage business communication across various internal/external stakeholders

• Provide Leadership and strategic advice to Project Team members

• Clear understanding of modern Marketing tactics, tools, processes and best practices

• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing diversified teams.

• Should have prior experience in doing performance reviews and annual appraisals.

• Should be able to spear head various projects and ensure timely completion of the same

• Keen understanding of the formalities and implementation of quality systems and complying with the norms of regulatory authorities. Proven abilities in managing technically advanced, cost-efficient, state of the art systems and processes.

• A keen planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to enhance project efficiency and productivity.

• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, will work very closely with onsite Project managers

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams

DESIRED PROFILE-

• Excellent English written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization

• Overall experience of 8+ years with 4+ years of experience managing large size production teams involved in Direct marketing activities, web production and customer data and analytics along with managing operations requirements

• Should have prior experience of transitioning similar projects and should be well versed with transition methodologies

• Should have prior work experience with US/UK based clients in similar domain.

• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects within assigned cross-functional teams.

• Ability to not only lead, but be able to collaborate with other stakeholders on project specifics

• Should have some technical background.
